The strategic goal adopted by the community in human resources is to constantly improve itself and act together with teammates who are open to innovative ideas and specialized in their field. In line with the vision of the community; employees who act with the goal of equal opportunity, professionalism, lifelong development and become a part of the community will move the company forward.
The success of the Group of Companies has been made possible by the strong bonds between employees and the company and the fact that employees keep their performance at the highest level by expanding their area of responsibility. The human resources policy of the company has an important place in the basis of the sustainability approach. The most important item that the community meticulously takes care of and determines as one of its responsibilities to employees is to act with the principle of equal opportunity regardless of cultural differences, age, gender and belief in the relationship established with employees. While the differences of the employees are acted for a common purpose, they are seen as the rich diversity that develop the community.

Recruitment Process

The Human Resources Department acts with the aim of continuously developing human resources within the company. Candidates who comply with the community vision are seen as part of the community, taking into account transparent, fair and equal opportunity principles in recruitment processes.
Preliminary interviews are held with candidates who are compatible with the constantly updated community. In cases where the interviews are positive, the recruitment process is initiated. The orientation process of candidates who have completed the recruitment process and become an organic part of the community is initiated.
In addition to the competencies required by each position, the following common features are sought in the candidates to work in the community; Establishing relationships with people and the environment within the framework of respect, showing leadership characteristics in the field, having the principle of equality at work, being transparent and open, prioritizing quality, being innovative, customer and solution-oriented.
